Vaishali is a Manager in Mercer & Hole’s Corporate Finance Team. She spends most of her time focusing on buy-side due diligence and valuations working across a range of industry sectors including gaming, insurance, financial services, catering and retail.
At the core of her working ethos is the desire to help clients to achieve their goals through providing valuable financial insights. Vaishali particularly enjoys the fact that no two days are the same in her work as each client’s situation is totally unique. Working closely with business owners, Vaishali likes to get into the detail of the financial results and performance of a company whilst collaborating with all parties in a transaction to achieve a common goal.
Vaishali became an Assistant Manager in February 2022 and promoted to a Manager in March 2024, having initially joined Mercer & Hole in 2020 working in the Audit team leading audits of large companies with turnovers up to £300m right through to small owner managed businesses and charities.
Outside of work, Vaishali enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling and baking.
