At Mercer & Hole we engage with the communities in which we work. Every year we hold an internal election process for our team to vote on who they would like to be our charity of the year.
We have five dedicated Charity Champions to facilitate charity work over the four offices. It is split into three categories items, time and fundraising. They all do a fantastic job at co-ordinating the teams and thinking of different ways to fundraise rather than the usual ‘bake sale’ although we do love our cake! We regularly donate either our time, items or fundraising to local foodbanks, MK Dons Sports Education Trust, St Albans and Rickmansworth Pancake Race, Open Door to name but a few.
