Based at Mercer & Hole’s Rickmansworth office, Nakul works with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses, SMEs through to auditing large group companies under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and UK GAAP. In addition to preparing and auditing accounts, Nakul reviews corporation tax and VAT returns and also has a wealth of experience in managing clients’ personal tax affairs.
Working with clients from a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, retail, technology and gaming, Nakul is passionate about developing a deep understanding of different industries and businesses. To this end, he enjoys building strong and supportive relationships with his clients in order to understand their particular businesses and through this to give them the best possible outcomes for what they would like to achieve.
Nakul became ACCA qualified in July 2021 and was promoted to Audit Manager in October 2023.
In his spare time, Nakul’s young family keeps him busy, and he enjoys travelling whenever possible. In addition, he is a huge cricket enthusiast, and enjoys spending time playing both cricket and badminton and has played for Mercer & Hole’s First XI cricket team.
