Mercer & Hole to host Outsourcing Seminar at St Albans Business Festival
We are delighted to be taking part in St Albans Business Festival again this year and, to start the week, we will be presenting an Outsourcing Seminar.
The event will take place at our London Road office in St Albans on Monday 3 June, from 9:30am to 10:30am and will be presented by Business Advisory Partner, Ross Lane and Director of Outsourcing, Tom Dinwiddy. Both Ross and Tom have experience of working in industry and in practice. As such, they are well placed to advise business owners on the potential of outsourcing financial functions to save time and money, reducing associated stresses, enabling a focus on the business itself and its growth.
Specifically, the seminar will cover:
- When and when not to outsource – key decision factors
- How to grow your business through outsourcing
- Preparation and decision received
- What digital platform to use
- The future of Outsourcing
- How Mercer & Hole can help you
