We are still working, just working differently

In light of yesterday’s (16 March) most recent government update, as the UK takes further measures to fight the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we want to reassure you that we have robust plans in place to enable us to continue to provide services to our clients and we will use everything within our powers to do so.

We want you to know that we can continue to support and advise you effectively whilst we all rise to the challenges that coronavirus presents.

The health and safety of our employees is one of our primary considerations. As such, our plans include the facilitation of our team to work remotely should that need arise. To do so we will utilise the latest in communications and security technology to continue to provide a quality service to you.

If we are required to close the offices for the short term, the team at Mercer & Hole will be as practical and helpful as possible.  Communication during this time is very important and there are a number of ways we can communicate with you;

1. Mercer & Hole people will continue to be available on the same telephone numbers and email addresses – just call as if you were calling the office and your call will be dealt with in the usual way
2. We can replace face-to-face meetings with video calls, conference calls or simply over the phone.

We are able to use Microsoft Teams, the latest video conferencing and remote collaboration software, which means that any of our clients using Microsoft Skype can communicate with us to facilitate virtual meetings.

You have our commitment to resolve any issues as they arise, that we strive for excellence of service and that we will give you our very best attention at all times.

As this is an unfolding situation, we will of course, keep you updated of our developments but please rest assured that you are very much our focus.
