Mercer & Hole shortlisted for Corporate Finance Advisory Firm of the Year

We are celebrating Mercer & Hole being shortlisted in the Central & East Dealmakers Awards for Corporate Finance Advisory Firm of the Year. Additionally, our corporate and business tax advisory work has led us to be included with the group of firms that facilitated the sale of Energie Corporation’s fitness franchise to Bridges Fund Management in the Deal of the Year (above £10m) category.

The Central & East Dealmakers Awards recognise the high quality of professional advisory firms in the region and viewed as a major annual event for those involved in corporate finance.

Corporate Finance Director, Mike Orton said “This has been a tremendous year for our Corporate Advisory team, who have been actively involved with a growing number of transactions and projects with deal values typically c. £1 million to £15 million. The team provide clients with expert advice on live transactions which include sales processes, due diligence assignments and valuations, as well as other projects assisting clients with the preparation of financial models in connection with fundraising activities and/or potential sales and expert witness valuations. I am pleased that their hard work has been recognised by the judges.”
