Mike has extensive experience of providing proactive and pragmatic advice to companies in a wide range of sectors including property, motor, manufacturing and IT. He has also worked with a number of large and complex groups, assisting them with their accounting for acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations, and UK subsidiaries of foreign parent companies.
Mike joined Mercer & Hole in May 2013, having spent the previous two years in industry as Group Financial Controller for a large AIM listed group in the healthcare industry. Prior to that Mike spent over 25 years in practice working for a number of top 10 accountancy practices.
Mike is married with two grown up sons. When time permits, Mike enjoys playing golf, reading and travelling.
