Siobhan Sibley is a Senior Trust Manager in our Private Client Trusts team, based in our Milton Keynes office. She works closely with individuals, including those with farming interest, as well as trustees and executors.
Siobhan supports her clients through some of the most significant, and often emotionally challenging, times in their lives. Whether structuring their estate, protect family wealth, or navigating a complex probate, she finds great reward in delivering clarity, practical solutions, and reassurance.
Clients turn to Siobhan for more than just sound advice. They rely on her ability to understand the evolving nature of their personal, familial, and financial circumstances, and the long-term personal implications of the decisions they face.
Ultimately, Siobhan strives to build long-term relationships that go beyond the transactional – relationships based on trust, care, understanding, and the delivery of consistent high-quality service.
As well as working with those in her team, Siobhan also collaborates with the wider taxation team and regularly works with partners Lisa Spearman and Mark Baxter.
Having been called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn in 2008, Siobhan began her legal career practising civil litigation, appearing as an advocate in County Courts across England and Wales before both District and Circuit Judges.
In 2012, she cross-qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Since then, Siobhan developed a focused practice in Wills, trusts, and estates, advising clients on estate planning, the administration and taxation of estates and trusts, and related private client matters. Siobhan joined Mercer & Hole in September 2025, following a move from Wright Hassall LLP (a legal 500 firm).
Outside of work, Siobhan practices yoga, as well as enjoying outdoor pursuits like camping and hiking.
