Dominic Wright works with businesses of all sizes across a wide range of sectors. He particularly enjoys building close relationships with business owners, taking the time to understand their objectives and helping them realise the value they have worked hard to create.
He believes that excellent client service is founded on a deep understanding of each client’s individual needs, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. By developing strong relationships, Dominic ensures that his advice is tailored and delivered in a way that best supports each client’s goals.
Dominic works closely with Directors Kevin Paget and Tania Phillips and is actively involved in firm life. He also leads the London office football team and is always keen to organise matches with other companies.
Dominic studied Business at the University of Exeter. During his degree, he spent a year in Jersey working in PwC’s audit department, where he began his accountancy exams. After graduating, he joined Mercer & Hole in August 2023 as a graduate trainee within the Corporate Restructuring team, continuing his professional training. He became a qualified accountant in September 2025.
Outside of work, Dominic enjoys socialising with friends and staying active. He plays hockey for his local club and enjoys running.
