Roger Liddington is an Insolvency Manager with over 20 years’ experience working across the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring. He has managed cases ranging from straightforward bankruptcies through to complex, multi‑site administrations, bringing a depth of technical knowledge and a calm, practical approach to every assignment.
Roger specialises in contentious insolvency and general insolvency matters, applying a robust investigatory mindset to help clients navigate challenging and often sensitive situations. He works with a broad mix of clients – from individuals and small businesses to large corporate entities – ensuring each receives clear, informed and empathetic support tailored to their circumstances.
What Roger finds most rewarding is helping stakeholders achieve the best possible outcome from what is often a difficult point in their financial journey. He focuses on ensuring clients fully understand the processes involved, taking the time to explain complexities and alleviate concerns. His ability to engage with people who may initially be anxious or frustrated is central to his work; by helping them see the role and purpose of the insolvency process, he builds trust and reduces tension so progress can be made.
Roger works closely with Henry Page, Dominic Dumville, and the wider Restructuring and Insolvency team, contributing his investigatory expertise and collaborative approach to support a wide range of assignments across all sectors.
Outside of work, Roger enjoys spending time with his children and making the most of his free time through golf, swimming, and supporting his hometown football club.
