Based at Mercer & Hole’s Rickmansworth office, Vishal Sikotra works with a range of clients including those operating in the manufacturing, construction, and retail sectors in addition to UK subsidiaries of overseas companies. Vishal also manages his own portfolio of non-audit clients and provides business services support.
Vishal prides himself on being friendly and approachable whilst providing practical expertise in helping clients to set up their businesses and achieve their strategic goals. He enjoys forging close working relationships with his clients whilst he reviews both statutory and management accounts as well as corporation tax and VAT compliance for small to medium sized companies. The strength of his working relationships is the key to success as it allows him to identify and implement the best possible business solutions for his clients, so that they can continue to grow and develop their businesses. He also has a keen interest in information systems and how they can be customised to assist his clients.
With an ever-changing regulatory and reporting environment, Vishal enjoys the challenge of working with a broad range of clients of differing sizes and varying needs whilst keeping abreast of the latest developments and changing in regulations.
Vishal became a Manager in October 2023 having joined Mercer & Hole in 2022. Previously, he qualified at Moore Kingston Smith LLP where he worked on managing a portfolio of both audit and non-audit theatre-related clients, including production companies and general management services.
Outside of work, Vishal’s young family keep him very busy but, when time permits, he loves photography, watching films, and playing all types of sports.
