Chris Laughton, Restructuring and Insolvency Partner featured in the latest Spring edition of Eurofenix, the journal of INSOL Europe.
Chris sits on a UK government advisory committee on European insolvency and he has been closely involved in considering the practicalities of the legislature’s proposals for amending the Regulation. His article reflects on the tensions between the European Commission’s proposals and the European Parliament’s alternative view.
