Simon, who is based at the firm’s London office, has over 20 years’ experience in managing the affairs of trustees. He has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since the association was founded in 1991 and is also Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualified.
Simon currently looks after a varied portfolio of trust clients, including discretionary, interest in possession and charitable trusts. He also has experience in the administration of estates. Additionally, Simon also has personal tax experience, which is helpful in that it enables him to provide a complete service to the whole family and assist them in using their family trusts in the most tax efficient manner.
Simon joined Mercer & Hole from Deloitte in 2009.
Outside of work, Simon is heavily involved in youth football, running a club local to him in West London. During the summer, he also enjoys playing cricket for the Mercer & Hole team.
