Based in the London office, Michael is an integral part of Mercer & Hole’s Restructuring and Insolvency Team where he spends most of his time working on corporate advisory engagements and formal corporate engagements across a wide range of sectors.
He thrives on the challenge of finding innovative solutions for distressed businesses to maximise returns to stakeholders during the restructuring process and he is passionate about following a client-centred approach in order to make this happen.
Michael joined Mercer & Hole in July 2023 from Evelyn and Partners in London where he worked as an Insolvency Manager. He has over 15 years’ experience working on both corporate and personal restructuring and formal insolvency appointments particularly in the retail, healthcare and food manufacturing sectors where he managed accelerated AMA processes which led to going concern sales of the businesses.
In his spare time, Michael is a keen football fan and enjoys socialising with friends and going to the cinema.
