Mark Cassidy

Mark Cassidy is Mercer & Hole’s Joint Managing Partner alongside Paul Maberly, and is responsible for implementing the firm’s strategy and direction as well as running a full portfolio of clients.

Based at our Rickmansworth and St Albans offices, he maintains a close working relationship with his clients, using his highly-tuned commercial acumen to support them with their ambitious growth strategies.

With over 30 years’ commercial experience as an Audit and Business Advisory professional, Mark is a natural problem solver. He is able to approach challenges with a fresh perspective; to think outside the box and deliver practical solutions.

Key areas for advising clients in which Mark has keen experience include managing succession and strategic planning.

Mark’s portfolio is far-ranging, covering all commercial sectors of the economy. However, Mark has particularly considerable experience of the construction sector, acting for civil engineering businesses, property developers, and various ancillary construction industry businesses.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys watching sports, particularly rugby and cricket. He is a keen golfer and music fan, playing lead guitar in a local covers band.
