Mandy Bagot

Mandy manages the Virtual Finance Team at Mercer & Hole. She has worked across all industry sectors with a particular focus on start-ups, franchising, construction, property management and e-commerce.

She and her team support and advise businesses on systems and process implementation such as cloud-based software and digital transformation, in addition to bookkeeping, management accounts, vat, cash flow forecasting services and providing specialist, strategic advice to business owners.

With over 30 years’ experience in the accountancy profession, Mandy can quickly ascertain what a client needs and enjoys building strong relationships where her clients often become firm friends. She is particularly adept at explaining complex matters without the jargon and enjoys learning about her clients’ businesses so that she can suggest ways to make their lives easier with thorough financial information, so they can spend that time focusing on growing their business. She also enjoys the challenge of keeping up to date with the latest technology and developments in cloud-based working so that she can offer the best advice to her clients.

Mandy joined Mercer & Hole in 2023 having previously worked at Silver Levene and Grunberg & Co. She has a wealth of business experience which is invaluable in helping her clients. She has launched her own business, the Cloud Bookkeeping franchise which led her to win Growing Franchisor of the Year in both 2012 and 2013 before she sold in 2018 to her franchisees and which was one of the early adopters of cloud-based remote working. She has also spoken at the Business Show ExCel and Lloyds bank on both remote working and franchising.

Outside of work, Mandy plays golf socially having won the Middlesex Junior County Golf Championship when she was younger. She is also a keen salsa dancer and won Strictly Charity Dancing with her Cha Cha Cha!
