Louise Harden is an Audit and Business Advisory Director based in Mercer & Hole’s Rickmansworth office, where she manages a portfolio of clients from varying sectors, including owner managed businesses to large groups.
On a day-to-day basis, Louise predominantly works with clients during their statutory audits, aiming to provide an efficient and effective service that meets the companies compliance needs, but also adds value to their business. Louise enjoys the fact that her client base is diverse. Every industry and business is unique, and being able to work with a range of talented business owners is something she values in her role.
Louise also enjoys the technical aspect of her role and enjoys providing technical and general business advisory advice to her client base.
Louise joined Mercer & Hole in 2014 and trained with the firm. She was promoted to Audit and Business Advisory Director in 2024.
Outside of work, Louise loves to cook and is regularly trying new recipes on her family and friends. She also loves to dance and has recently ventured back into ballet and contemporary.
