As a Manager in the Corporate Restructuring team, Jo Lawlor works with a wide range of companies across many different industry sectors.
Working closely with Corporate Restructuring Partners, Henry Page and Dominic Dumville, Jo uses her experience in the compliant delivery of the statutory aspects of corporate insolvencies and restructuring to help businesses in distress to find solutions. For Jo, every client is unique and she enjoys the challenges involved in navigating the often complex situations she encounters at this crux point in the corporate lifecycle.
Jo was promoted to Manager in the Corporate Restructuring team in April 2025 having joined Mercer & Hole in February 2024 as an Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Jo gained valuable experience working for one of the ‘Big Four’ firms, KPMG, in their Restructuring Practice both in London and in the Channel Islands. Jo gained her CPI accreditation in 2021.
Jo enjoys working in this dynamic team which often involves working with other departments across Mercer & Hole’s four offices. She often attends cross-firm events, including the 120-year celebration at Wembley Stadium in February 2025.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys running, going to the gym, and eating out with friends and family.
