Jack, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, has a wealth of experience in all business taxation areas. Based at the firm’s St Albans office, he manages a portfolio of corporate and business clients, providing advice on a wide range of issues including start-ups, mergers & acquisitions, exit strategy, remuneration planning, construction industry and HMRC enquiries.
Jack believes in working closely with clients, understanding their needs and having them feel confident in the taxation services provided, enabling them to concentrate firmly on making their business a success.
Jack joined Mercer & Hole in 1988, having previously been an Inspector of Taxes with HMRC.
Outside of the firm, Jack sits on the committee of the Flamstead Scarecrow Festival and is a treasurer of the village investment club. He also plays table tennis in the Hemel Hempstead League and follows Luton Town Football Club all over the country.
