Emma White is an Audit and Business Advisory Director based at Mercer & Hole’s Rickmansworth office. She works with a broad range of clients across various sectors, from startups and SMEs to large corporate groups.
Emma thrives on the diversity of her role, which comes from working with such a wide variety of businesses. She takes genuine satisfaction in supporting her clients and is known for building strong working relationships — ensuring they see her as a trusted and approachable point of contact.
Emma began her career at Mercer & Hole in 2013 as a school leaver and qualified as a chartered accountant with the firm. She was promoted to Director in 2024.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys gardening and has recently taken up growing her own vegetables. She also has a young family who keep her on her toes!
