Mercer & Hole’s Senior Partner, Paul Maberly has been shortlisted in the Pride of Milton Keynes Awards in the ‘Service with a Smile’ category. The award recognises someone who has provided ‘top class customer service, someone who made you want to return again and again.’
Paul was nominated, not only for his leadership and role in growing the Milton Keynes office but also, for his championing of the ‘25 Acts of Kindness’ campaign, which saw the firm celebrate 25 years of business in Milton Keynes. The initiative saw the firm link up with the MK Community Foundation to identify local charities, organisations and events, which would benefit from partner’s and staff’s support. These included volunteering at MK Play Day, serving lunch to 120 elderly people at Milton Keynes Irish Centre, volunteering at Disability Awareness Day in Campbell Park, volunteering with the MK Dons Sport & Education Trust, volunteering at Willen Hospice Charity Shops, donating to and volunteering at the MK Food Bank and donating to Milton Keynes Community Foundation.
The awards will be presented on Friday 3rd October, at the Hilton MK, by comedy impressionist Bobby Davro.
