Mercer & Hole take part in St Albans Pancake Race
A team from the St Albans office of Mercer & Hole Chartered Accountants took part in the annual St Albans Pancake Running Race on Shrove Tuesday, 13 February.
The race was organised by Home-Start to raise funds for the charity. Home-Start provide support to families dealing with the challenges of raising young children.
Daniel Bisby, Robin Edwards, Ed Maberly and James Pollard took place in the first heat against Understanding Recruitment, St Albans Cathedral and PrivateFly. Whilst the team got off to a great start, a dropped pancake meant they did not progress beyond the heat stage.
In all 20 local companies and organisations took part in the running race, with many others taking part in the walking race.
