Mercer & Hole Chartered Accountants give during the season of goodwill
Mercer & Hole teams, across the four offices, took part in a ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’ campaign to support their local foodbanks. The advent calendar had a twist, in order for team members to receive a chocolate treat they must have donated an item to the foodbank donation box.
A list of essential items were provided to teams in the St Albans, London, Rickmansworth and Milton Keynes offices. Donation boxes were set up in breakout areas and ‘foodbank champions’ encouraged staff to donate generously to help support local families and individuals in their communities at Christmas.
Senior Partner, Paul Maberly, said “I am proud of our team for donating essential items to help support local families at Christmas time. The Foodbank is a key provider of emergency food to those in need throughout the year. The ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’ was a fun idea and got everyone talking. I was very humbled to see our team give generously in the spirit of gift-giving.”
