Mercer & Hole attend The Herts Advertiser Community Awards 2015
Representatives from Mercer & Hole attended the inaugural Herts Advertiser Community Awards in St Albans last night.
The event, hosted by Sky Formula One presenter David Croft, was to celebrate The Herts Advertiser’s 160 year history and to recognise people and groups who go above and beyond in making the district a good place to live.
Mercer & Hole were nominated for the Charity Champions category as a result of the firm’s contribution to the local community in the year that it celebrates 110 years of business. On the night, Caroline Atkins proved the worthy winner of the category for her 32 years volunteering for the Girl Guides and Scouting organisation, along with her fundraising efforts for Rennie Grove and The Hospice of St Francis, despite facing her own personal challenges.
Throughout the evening, there were many humbling stories and some incredible people were recognised. Mercer & Hole are proud to have been included in such great company.
