Mercer & Hole are proud to support the St Albans Literary Festival
Mercer & Hole Chartered Accountants are sponsoring the St Albans Literary Festival, which is taking place between Monday 4 July and Sunday 10 July.
The festival, now in its second year, will feature over 40 different events, taking place at a variety of venues across the city.
This year’s programme commences with Ken Livingstone, the former Mayor of London, Member of Parliament and leader of the Greater London Council, promoting his book ‘ Being Red: A Politics for the Future’ at The County Constitutional Club and closes with Literary Evensong at St Peters Church. In between, there are a diverse range of events, including the Clangers Brilliant Surprise, a comic book workshop and a Crime Panel, where three writers will discuss their experiences of writing about crime.
Last year the festival attracted more than 1,600 visitors to the various events.
