Insolvency exam success for Mercer & Hole’s Tom Guthrie!
Mercer & Hole are pleased to announce Tom Guthrie’s success in passing the Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) exams and gaining the qualification to become a licensed insolvency practitioner. The JIEB qualification is hugely demanding and prepares professionals for the varied, challenging and responsible work of an insolvency practitioner. Naturally, Tom is delighted with his achievement.
Tom, a Chartered Certified Accountant who works in our Restructuring & Insolvency (R&I) department, recognises the importance of developing his knowledge in all areas of insolvency so that he can continue to provide the firm's clients the highest level of service.
Chris Laughton, R&I partner said, “Tom’s progression with us from graduate trainee through to fully qualified specialist professional is a testament to his commitment and enthusiasm and is an example of Mercer & Hole developing and nurturing talent from within. Congratulations Tom!”
