The article, “Incorporation Relief and Structuring buy-to-let properties”, outlines the pros and cons of incorporating existing property portfolios. While pitting the numerous tax benefits against the potential risks of passive holding of property investments, David clearly and comprehensively outlines the ways in which these hazards can be avoided, allowing profit to be maximised.
