Corporate Advisory Partner Chris Laughton will be speaking on a panel at Radcliffe Chambers’ Restructuring and Insolvency Conference on 7 November.
Chris will be joining barristers Adam Deacock and Kate Rogers of Radcliffe Chambers to bring his expertise to the topic ‘Can CVAs save the high street?’ Chris has a pragmatic approach to constructive insolvency solutions and experience of a variety of CVAs. During the discussion, Chris will speak about CVAs generally and their use as a tool to preserve business value.
