Chris Laughton speaks on the latest cross-border developments
Mercer & Hole Corporate Advisory Partner, Chris Laughton spoke at the Association of Business Recovery Professional’s R3 ‘Insolvency Litigation – Maximising Recoveries’ course, which was held in London on 18 October.
The course featured a judicial perspective on insolvency litigation from the guest speaker, Mr Justice Snowden. It also covered the significant developments in the law and practice of insolvency litigation over the last year.
Chris Laughton provided attendees with an insight into all the latest cross-border developments that insolvency litigators need to know about including Brexit consequences. Chris leads Mercer & Hole’s international restructuring practice and is an acknowledged expert in European insolvency regimes and regulation. He is a past president of INSOL Europe, the European association of restructuring and insolvency professionals.
The annual course is one of R3’s most popular and was well attended by both insolvency practitioners and lawyers.
