Chris Laughton featured in FT.com article - From failure can come success
Chris Laughton, Restructuring & Insolvency partner at Mercer & Hole is featured in today's Financial Times. The Jonathan Moules article 'From failure can come success' talks about the collapse of a young company.
Although the collapse of a young company may be deemed a disaster, it can in fact be the prelude to bigger and better ventures. Within the article Chris subscribes to the idea that the UK economy has too many 'zombie' companies - unable to service their debts and generating no wealth. He also argues that recovery may not be possible until more owners of lacklustre businesses move on.
