During February and March Mercer & Hole ran Wednesday wellbeing workouts, getting professionals to lead us in an hour or so of something to work out body and mind. So far we have done sessions of Zumba with Tony Leary of Zumbaboyz, Pilates with Herts Pilates, and Mindfulness with Dr Bea Carroll.
Coming together with colleagues to stretch out the body and relax the mind really helped us to re-energise for the rest of the week. Many thanks to everyone who joined us for a midweek injection of some calm, fun, and positivity!
