We announce seven senior appointments

We are delighted to announce we have recruited seven senior hires strengthening our tax, audit, outsourcing and insolvency teams. The appointments follow a period of strong growth across the firm.

The seven appointments are Corporate Restructuring Manager Michael Quinn, Senior Tax Manager Jenny Lazar, Corporate and Business Tax Manager Tashini Mootoosamy, Tax Manager Yasmina Kreaa, Trusts Manager Chris Lovell, Audit Associate Director William Barraclough and Outsourcing Director Mandy Bagot

Michael Quinn, Corporate Restructuring Manager

Michael joined Mercer & Hole in June from Evelyn Partners. He is an insolvency specialist having advised a mixed portfolio of corporate and personal insolvencies.

Jenny Lazar, Senior Tax Manager

Jenny joined Mercer & Hole in June from Saffrey Champness where she was a personal tax manager. She acts for high-net-worth individuals and their families with a focus on non-domiciled individuals.

Tashini Mootoosamy, Corporate and Business Tax Manager

Tashini joined from the Corporate Tax Advisory team at KPMG to the Corporate and Business Tax team at Mercer & Hole in March. She works mainly with SME’s in various sectors and helps with tax compliance as well as tax advisory. Tashini was born and raised in Mauritius and is fluent in French and Mauritian Creole.

Yasmina Kreaa, Tax Manager

Yasmina joined Mercer & Hole in June having previously worked at BDO LLP and Moore Stephens. She acts for both businesses and individuals and has a strong reputation in acting for international clients and businesses relocating to the UK. She is fluent in Spanish and Arabic.

Chris Lovell, Trusts Manager

Chris joined Mercer & Hole in June as  Trusts Manager, he prepares, and reviews trusts accounts and tax returns. Chris previously worked at the Apex Group as a Tax Specialist and at Buzzacott as a Trusts Manager.

William Barraclough, Audit Associate Director

William joined the firm in May from Evelyn Partners. He acts for a wide range of clients from SMEs through to private equity-backed high growth and AIM-listed business.

Mandy Bagot, Outsourcing Director

Mandy joined Mercer & Hole in May from Silver Levene where she was its head of outsourcing. She supports a wide range of businesses but has a focus on the property and construction, franchising and ecommerce sectors. She also built and sold her own award-winning franchise business, Cloud Bookkeeping.
