Accountancy Daily’s Top 75 accountancy firms trainee survey has revealed a growing number of graduates and school leavers entering the accountancy profession.
The survey shows within the Top 75 accountancy firms there is a 4% increase in trainees studying to become a qualified accountant from 2017 to 2018. As far as the statistics for Mercer & Hole are concerned, they demonstrate an attractive proposition for those starting out in their accountancy careers, with a rise of 21.6% in trainee numbers, from 37 to 45, year-on-year.
