Mercer & Hole to host Outsourcing Seminar at St Albans Business Festival

We are delighted to be taking part in St Albans Business Festival again this year and, to start the week, we will be presenting an Outsourcing Seminar.

The event will take place at our London Road office in St Albans on Monday 3 June, from 9:30am to 10:30am and will be presented by Business Advisory Partner, Ross Lane and Director of Outsourcing, Tom Dinwiddy. Both Ross and Tom have experience of working in industry and in practice. As such, they are well placed to advise business owners on the potential of outsourcing financial functions to save time and money, reducing associated stresses, enabling a focus on the business itself and its growth.

Speakers

Ross Lane provides the core services of audit, accounting and tax advice to SMEs. Responsible for Mercer & Hole’s Outsourcing offering, Ross leads a team which specialises in providing cloud accounting services. Ross’ clients range from farmers to market leaders in disruptive industries, such as e-sports clients. With experience in the agricultural, leisure and hospitality, media, property development, and transport and logistics sectors, Ross advises SMEs, privately owned companies, UK subsidiaries of overseas companies and growing businesses. Regardless of industry or structure, Ross has the common aim of helping his clients overcome problems, whether real or perceived to enable them to get on with running their business.

Tom Dinwiddy lends his experience of implementing business and finance strategy and in building and leading teams to drive our Outsourcing service provision. Specifically, Tom offers experience of Group reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and cash flow management, establishing financial processes and controls, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, systems implementation and improvement and shared service centre set up and optimisation, as well as excellent management and leadership skills.
