Mercer & Hole Named One of the UK’s Top 100 Best Workplaces 2026

This prestigious accreditation is awarded by Great Place to Work, widely considered to be one of the most credible authorities on workplace cultures in the UK, whose rigorous methodology is based on confidential employee feedback and independent analysis of organisational culture.

Great Place to Work has been listening to employee voices for more than 40 years, setting the benchmark for what makes a high‑trust, high‑performing workplace. Their UK 2026 rankings recognise companies that foster exceptional environments where people feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.

With this being our first year of taking part in the survey, we are proud to say that the positive results from the survey meant that we were automatically put forward for the Top 100 Best Workplaces 2026, in which we ranked #60.
