Chris Laughton to facilitate INSOL Europe 2021 Spring Online Conference: Don’t Worry, Restructure!

We are pleased to announce that our Corporate Restructuring Partner, Chris Laughton, will be facilitating two online sessions (4 and 18 March) for the new INSOL Europe 2021 Spring Online Conference: ‘Don’t Worry, Restructure!’.

Each of these sessions will feature a keynote speaker and two live panels with a hand-picked selection of international experts speaking on a range of highly relevant and important topics, including:

• EU Directive on Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency (update on transposition)
• Aviation in crisis
• Jurisdiction, recognition, and enforcement under Brexit: the UK and the EU
• Experiences on the front line – insolvency practice in the pandemic.

Chris has expert knowledge and experience of European insolvency regimes, including the European Insolvency Regulation, and as a past president, an honorary member and the treasurer of INSOL Europe, he will be an excellent facilitator.
