Tomorrow is International Women’s Day 2025! But what does that really mean?

Globally, International Women’s Day is a call for action to work towards equal rights, power, and opportunities for all women and girls everywhere.

For Mercer & Hole, it is also a chance to take a step back, celebrate how far we’ve we come, and acknowledge how far we have still to go.

We are proud that our partnership is made up of 44% women, compared with the average of 24% across the top 100 UK accountancy firms. We will continue to work towards equal opportunities to thrive.

As a firm, we are proud of our progress and are dedicated to doing more to #AccelerateAction. We know that the goal of gender equality requires consistent action and renewed commitment.

As individuals, we are also dedicated to this mission – and we are proud to see leaders like Jo Bateson, one of our Private Client partners, taking tangible action.
