Acquisition of ShowPlanr Limited by Flying Music Holdings Limited

Mercer & Hole Corporate Finance has provided financial due diligence, tax due diligence and deal advisory services to Flying Music Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of KMJ Entertainment Ltd, on the acquisition of ShowPlanr Limited.

Flying Music, the tour, musical and theatrical producer, and promoter has acquired ShowPlanr.  ShowPlanr work with theatres, concert halls, arenas and open-air venues producing and promoting hundreds live events each year including well known tribute shows such as The Bowie Experience.
