Revised model governing documents
The charity commission has recently launched updated versions of its model Articles of Association, Constitution and Trust Deed.

The Charity Commission feel that the revised governing documents allow charity trustees to run their charities in a flexible way, subject to a range of controls which reflect sound operational practice.
