New guidance issued on reserves policies
New guidance was issued by the ICAEW in January 2011 concerning reserves policy. The help sheet was designed to explain why reserves are so important for Charities and provide assistance with developing a well structured and supported reserves policy.
In recent years there has increasing awareness of the importance of holding the right level of reserves and having a an appropriately considered and supportable reserves policy.
