What are the different higher apprenticeship programmes we offer?
For our level 4 apprenticeships we offer two roles currently. Click on the links below to find out more about each one.
What can you expect from a Mercer and Hole higher apprenticeship?
By joining our higher apprenticeship programme, you will experience a wide and unique insight into a variety of businesses from within the safety of your team. Whilst absorbing that in a permanent role, you also keep studying for a professional qualification to secure your future career as part of our two-year programme.
What happens after you have completed your higher apprenticeship?
There are no limits for our apprentices once they have finished their higher apprenticeship. . We give you the right tools to become a professional in your chosen career, whether that is:
- Audit and Accounting
- Virtual Finance
Once you have chosen your specialist field you can then go on and achieve a level 7 qualification which is equal to a Masters degree, all without any student debt. We want all our employees to thrive in the strengths they have, and ambitions they hold. With a training manager to provide support and guidance throughout, come and craft the future you want at work, with us.
