Tax defaulters details published
HMRC is allowed to publish details of deliberate tax defaulters, that is people who have received penalties for deliberate non-compliance where the tax involved is more than £25,000.
However, information will not be published if the person earns the maximum reduction of penalties by full disclosure.
The latest list of defaulters which does include some substantial sums can be found here.
