Name and shame on failure to pay minimum wage

Employers who failed to pay the correct National Minimum Wage have been publicly named and shamed.

As part of the government’s crackdown on employers that break National Minimum Wage law, as well as being publicly named and shamed, employers that fail to pay also face new penalties of up to £20,000.
