Labour promises on corporate taxes

Interestingly, despite all the furore over moral obligations to pay tax, Labour has promised to keep corporate taxes “competitive” if it wins the election.

Initially the proposal was for cuts to business rates but despite that, Ed Miliband has promised to match the Conservative policy of keeping the UK the most competitive among the G7 economies.
