HMRC’s targets for 2012/13
The Chancellor of the Exchequer has outlined what he expects from HMRC over 2012/13.
The remit covers:
• Improving tax collection
• Delivering cost reductions
• Improving services for individual and business customers
• Real Time Information for PAYE
• Tax policy and the policy partnership.
