Budget 2010 - Share Incentive Plans

HMRC believe that some companies have used approved Share Incentive Plans for tax avoidance and the Government will introduce legislation to combat this abuse.  Approval will be withdrawn where there are changes on or after 24 March 2010 that materially affect the value of the plan shares.
