A good time to buy commerical property

There is every indication that there is a market turnaround for Commercial property -
lower rates of tenant rent delinquencies or defaults show values for offices and retail space stabilising.

Commercial property values have been hit hard by the credit crunch, meaning that the average site is worth over 20% less now than it was 12 months ago.

In the economy as a whole, recent reports have suggested 'green shoots' of recovery from the downturn - and in the residential sector both Halifax and Nationwide have found prices continue to rise over the past month. In fact, they seem to be back to the 2008 level already.
