However, when the only option has been to utilise a formal insolvency process, such as administration or a voluntary arrangement, we have saved companies and transferred or sold businesses as going concerns, safeguarding jobs and the commercial future of the business.
We have helped many privately owned and family businesses restructure their business and financial affairs. This includes occasions when the business is to be wound down on cessation of trade, split between existing shareholders, or otherwise placed into liquidation due to insolvency.
