Our Transaction Support team provide a number of services for projects in the small-mid cap market.
These services are provided by M&H Corporate Finance LLP.
We provide the technical support required on transactions - dealing with due diligence reporting, valuations, modelling and related matters. We can get involved at the very early stages of a deal, or only during the due diligence phase.
Our services will help you asses the risks associated with a transaction and the possible value which may arise. We help optimise the deal structure, mitigate risks and will improve your negotiating position.
