Mercer & Hole is well placed to support companies listed on the AIM and PLUS Markets Group (the UK small company stock market) and offers a realistic alternative to the ‘Big 4’ and other larger mid tier firms.
In addition to the standard audit and accounting services we offer, we have particular experience with transactional support for such companies. Typically these transactions involve the size and complexity of business in which we deal day-to-day and we are therefore ideally placed to give focused and well thought out advice. Mercer & Hole can act as reporting accountant for flotations on AIM or the main market.
We are also well placed to undertake the corporation tax compliance for AIM/OFEX listed groups where the audit committee are looking for independence from the auditors.
We are approved by the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) in the US to undertake the audit of UK companies which are subsidiaries of US listed companies (subject to the relative sizes of the US/UK entities).
